API Wire is offered under AGPLv3 for open-source use and under a commercial license from AANKDA LLC for proprietary distribution, hosted modified service use, OEM and white-label distribution, and enterprise contractual terms.

Open-source use
Open-source use follows AGPLv3. That is the public code license for API Wire.
When commercial terms apply
Use commercial terms when you need proprietary distribution, a hosted modified service without releasing source under AGPL, OEM or white-label redistribution, or negotiated support, SLA, indemnification, or warranty terms.
Contributor rights
External code contributions require acceptance of the repository CLA so AANKDA LLC can continue offering the project under both AGPLv3 and commercial terms.
Brand and trademark
Trademark policy is separate from copyright license terms. Use the product name and brand according to the trademark policy in the source docs.
